Does it hurt?
Not at all! The welding process is quick, safe, and completely painless.
Can I remove it if needed?
Yes— though it’s designed to stay on, you can snip it off with scissors at the jump ring if needed. You can always come back to have it re-welded.
Is it safe for travel and airport security?
Yes! Permanent jewelry won’t set off metal detectors and is safe to wear during travel.
What if it breaks?
If your chain breaks within 30 days, we offer a complimentary re-weld. After that, we can reattach for a small fee. Just reach out.
How do I book a permanent jewellery appointment?
Head to our Booking Page to choose your location and time. We offer services in both Palma and Sa Pobla.
Do you take group bookings?
Yes! We love birthdays, bridal parties, or mother-daughter appointments. Send us a message to organise a private group session.
Can I book you for an event or pop-up?

Can I customise a charm piece?
Yes! We offer a variety of letters, symbols, pearls, resin charms, and colors. Each piece is made to order—just select your preferences at checkout or leave a note.
How long does it take to make?
Most personalised pieces are handmade within 3–5 business days before shipping.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, all AN pieces arrive in a branded pouch, ready for gifting. Add a note at checkout if it’s a special occasion.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Mallorca. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
